Password Protecting Zip Files
Recently read a post titled Microsoft Private Folder 1.0 by Vadivel ...
After reading that was searching some thing regarding password protection and I came to know about how to password protect compressed files...
Just right click the folder which u like to compress and click Sent To - > compressed zip folder. Then open the compressed file and click on File - > Add Password and set your password.. from then u need to give the password to extract the compressed files...
till a couple if mts back i dont know that such an option exists... I hope that some of u where not aware of this option earlier ;)

Zip files predominately uses AES Encryption Algorithm as described in WinZip page here. Check it out: http://www.winzip.com/aes_info.htm
